Signage experienced Cost Estimation Engineers for our well established Signage company.

Minimum 3 years of Experience/ Technically knowledgeable on mechanical Projects.

Salary Range - 3000 SAR to 4000 SAR

Immediate iqama transferable

Preferred nationality - Indian, Sri Lankan, (Other nationality please excuse)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily work schedules and follow up with production/installation departments.

• Coordinate with sales & production and extend the required day-to-day support.

• Review job orders, coordinate with production - plan site survey & installation activities.

• Provide support to sales, PPC, and overall installation dept. on a regular basis.

• Assist/extend technical support, site supervision, and liaise/update the customers.

• Responsible for site coordination, site supervision and work execution.

• Prepare detailed material, tools list and plan activities prior to dispatch to site.

• Visit sites across the kingdom and coordinate project works.

• Prepare structured dispatch list for project mode jobs and monitor.

• Support the sales executives and attend site coordination/client project meetings.

• Close monitoring of rectification job orders and prepare root cause analysis.

• Educate and train the installation staff to avoid repetition of works and mistakes.

• Close follow-up with sales team & customers regarding the forecasted jobs for the month/quarter are delivered on time as per agreed schedule.

• Prepare QC checklist, site completion reports and subcontract agreements.

• Attending site coordinators meetings, liaise with consultants & contractors to get all approvals, stay outstations and supervise works/projects across the kingdom.

• Improve system, and procedures and implement methods in order to improve overall.

• Prepare health, safety, risk assessment report/analysis and methods statements.

• Functionally responsible for PPC, project coordination and site supervision.

• Carry out evaluation and suggest cost reduction methods in the assigned areas.

• Monitor systems, improve methods and ensure strict adherence at all levels.

• Submit periodical reports to the management, ensuring corrective measures are put in place in order to avoid any lapses and/or nonconformances.

• Carry out any/all other special assignments as/management requests, within the specified areas towards betterment/growth of the entire organization.
