1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (or a related field).
Additional certifications or training in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) would be advantageous.
2. Experience:
4-7 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or fit-out MEP EPC industry.
Proven experience in managing fit-out & EPC projects, including both commercial and residential spaces.
Experience with project schedules, cost control, and resource management.
3. Key Responsibilities:
Developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules (timelines, deadlines, milestones).
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track.
Tracking project progress, identifying potential delays or risks, and implementing corrective actions.
Reporting to senior management and clients regarding the status of projects.
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, such as schedules, plans, and reports.
Supporting the procurement process, including the identification and sourcing of materials.
