We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer's (Fit Out) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in fit-out projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region. This role requires expertise in project management, site engineering, and a thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management & communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Should have a valid transferable Iqama and a valid Saudi driving license.
