Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical equipment and materials
• Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international vendors
• Negotiate contracts and secure optimal pricing and terms
• Prepare tender documents, technical specs, and evaluate bids
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Saudi regulations
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to meet project goals

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
? 5–8 years of procurement experience in the Saudi mechanical engineering market
? Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment skills
? In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment and materials
? Proficiency in procurement software and tools
? Experience with Saudi Aramco standards is a plus
? Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
? Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
? Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
