The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in document control within construction, engineering, or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and track all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Ensure documents are accurate, up to date, and properly filed according to company standards.
Maintain a systematic and user-friendly electronic and hard copy filing system.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site staff to ensure timely documentation updates.
Control the issuance, receipt, and archiving of project documents such as drawings, submittals, RFIs, and reports.
Maintain document logs and support audits when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
Proficiency in document control systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control documentation processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the construction or engineering field is preferred.
