Are you a skilled MEP Engineer with hands-on Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experience in healthcare or facility management environments?
We're looking for a proactive and technically strong professional to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining critical MEP systems in a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily O&M of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Medical Gas systems.
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the facility.
Monitor and manage BMS and CCMS, CMMS systems.
Ensure safety, compliance, and system efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for inspections and technical issues.
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of O&M experience in healthcare facilities.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, medical gas, electrical, and fire systems.
Experience working with BMS, CMMS, CCMS, and maintenance planning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
Background in hospital or healthcare facility operations.
Familiarity with HTM, NFPA standards.
Certifications in Facility Management credentials.
