RESPONSIBILITIES
> Should be Observe & report hazardous working conditions to the concerned for rectification & elimination.
> Should be Conduct the fire mock drill and train the worker for the emergency evacuation procedure.
> Should be Identifying potential unsafe working conditions and Hazardous recommending corrective action and hazard control.
> Preparation of Risk assessment, JSA, SOP, MSDS, KPI, daily, weekly, monthly HSE reports and Accident / Incident reports if any.
> Should be Ensure safety of workers engaged in various field of construction by making sure complete usage of personal protective (PPE), conducting safely Toolbox Talk, Safety Induction Program, emergency Evacuation Training and other Related safety Training.
> Update the health and safety trackers based on the daily observation.
> Implementing safety policies, plans and procedures.
> Conducting safety awareness and toolbox talks for all employees.
