MEP Supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
in Riyadh
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities at the project site.
Ensure all MEP work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate between electrical, plumbing, and HVAC teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor progress and ensure timely execution as per the project schedule.
Inspect delivered materials and equipment to confirm compliance with required standards.
Prepare and submit regular site reports to the Project Engineer or Management.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues on-site.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Review and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings for implementation.
Provide technical support and guidance to the site workforce during installation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP supervision in construction projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, and installation procedures.
Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD, Revit is a plus).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Saudi codes and standards is preferred.
Safety certification such as OSHA is an advantage.
