We are looking for a Coordinator and Technical Engineer with a solid engineering background and hands-on experience in construction project coordination within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The candidate must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and be of Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino nationality.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Ensure compliance of site execution with approved drawings and specifications.
Identify and resolve technical issues and discrepancies on-site.
Prepare technical reports, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
Follow up with procurement, site, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project close-out documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar technical coordination role.
Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino only.
