Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, with registration in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in managing construction projects (not partial execution only).
Full mastery of the entire project cycle, including:
Studying tenders, price analysis, and cost estimation. Priority will be given to those with experience in the “Etimad” platform or similar systems.
Time scheduling and preparing project timelines using Primavera or MS Project.
Technical and administrative supervision of work teams and subcontractors.
Managing procurement, budgeting, and cost control.
Final handover of the project to the client, ensuring all works are closed and completed.
Full knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and related governmental procedures.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and engineering reporting tools.
Excellent command of the English language.
Must have a car.
Ability to join within three (3) days of receiving the job offer.
