Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Safety Engineer to oversee and enhance the safety of all our attractions and facilities. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves hands-on inspections, SOP creation, training, and incident investigation to ensure compliance with international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect all attractions, rides, and activity areas (arcade, playground, trampoline, mechanical & electrical rides, physical games) to ensure safe operation.

• Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ride operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Conduct regular safety training for operational and maintenance staff.

• Investigate and document safety incidents, near misses, and hazards, and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of identified safety issues.

• Maintain safety inspection records and prepare regular safety reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with relevant international safety standards for amusement rides and attractions.

• Liaise with relevant authorities and support audits or inspections as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Safety Engineering, or related field).

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in safety management within an amusement park, theme park, or family entertainment center.

• Strong knowledge of international safety standards for rides and attractions.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
