Cost Estimation:

Tendering and Bidding:
Gather information from suppliers and subcontractors, prepare bid proposals, and participate in bid clarification meetings
Cost Control:
Monitor project costs, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate cost estimates
Technical Expertise:
Utilize technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards to develop accurate estimates.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and uncertainties in the project and incorporate them into the cost estimates.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all cost estimates, bids, and related documentation.
Compliance:
Ensure that all estimates comply with relevant building codes and regulations
Subcontractor Management:
Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractor costs.
