We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project cost management, monitoring, and reporting. Transferable Iqama is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Track project expenditures, variations, and change orders.
Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and finance departments.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and advise on financial decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project contractual requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control for construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of cost management, reporting tools, and project controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/cost control software (Primavera, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
