Civil QS Engineer Required
We are seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project financial control. Transferable Iqama is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
Review contracts, variations, and claims.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for cost management.
Prepare regular reports on project costs, progress, and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project contractual requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QS Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and project financial management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software (AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
