Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of power transformers and related electrical equipment.
Manage and supervise all electrical works related to power generation and substation projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.
Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers.
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues as required.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power System specialization).
Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation and substations.
Proven experience in installation of power transformers.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Transferable Iqama and available to join immediately.
