Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 3–5 years in Accounts Payable, preferably in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
* Process, verify, and post supplier invoices in compliance with Saudi VAT & ZATCA regulations.
* Coordinate with procurement and finance for invoice reconciliation.
* Support payments, VAT reporting, audits, and financial compliance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Commerce.
* Knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and e-invoicing (FATOORAH).
* ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) & strong Excel skills.
2. Document Controller – Sales Operations
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 2–4 years in document management
Responsibilities:
* Organize, file, and maintain sales documents (contracts, invoices, POs, etc.).
* Ensure version control, compliance, and easy retrieval of records.
* Support Sales, Finance, and Operations teams with reports and audits.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
* Experience with DMS, ERP systems, and MS Office.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
