Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer More than 5 years of working experience

Be familiar with and master aircraft maintenance installation

Have particular working experience in water plants or sewage treatment plants

Proficient in using office software

Priority will be given to those with working experience at Arabian American Oil Company________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Oversee mechanical installations and maintenance activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

2. Maintenance and Installation:

• Master aircraft maintenance installation procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems in water treatment and sewage treatment plants.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical support and expertise on mechanical systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise during operation or installation.

• Develop and review technical documentation, including project specifications, maintenance manuals, and operational procedures.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all mechanical work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure safety protocols are followed on site.

5. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

6. Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

7. Training and Mentorship:

• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge of best practices in mechanical engineering and maintenance.

8. Software Proficiency:

• Utilize office software proficiently for reporting, data analysis, and documentation purposes.

Requirements:

• Experience:

• More than 5 years of working experience in mechanical engineering roles.

• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance and installation practices.

• Specialization:

• Specific working experience in water treatment plants or sewage treatment facilities.

• Software Skills:

• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

• Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with prior working experience at Arabian American Oil Company will be given priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on wind power systems or renewable energy.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools

• Strong knowledge of wind turbine design, aerodynamics, and materials science.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to wind energy (e.g., IEC, DNV GL).

• Experience with structural analysis, vibration analysis, and fatigue testing of wind turbine components.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

• Knowledge of condition monitoring systems for wind turbines.
