Ensure that all project activities comply with Saudi Aramco’s Safety Standards, Industrial Security, and Environmental Protection requirements. Promote and maintain a safe working environment across all site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce Saudi Aramco Safety Management System (SMS) and Loss Prevention procedures.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all personnel comply with Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Investigate and report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts.
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and inspection records as per Aramco HSE guidelines.
Conduct safety inductions for new employees and subcontractors.
Coordinate with Aramco Safety Representatives during audits and walkthroughs.
Monitor proper use of PPE, housekeeping, and emergency preparedness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Aramco-approved ID / SAP Number (active).
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Safety Officer in oil & gas or construction.
Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / First Aid / Firefighting.
Excellent knowledge of Aramco GI (General Instructions), particularly GI 2.100, GI 2.710, and Work Permit Systems.
Strong communication in English (Arabic an advantage).
