We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant who will also manage documentation and record control for our office in Manar, Jeddah.
This is a dual-role position (2-in-1) — the candidate must be strong in accounting while also being skilled in organizing and maintaining company documents.

Position: Accountant & Document Controller
Location: Manar, Jeddah
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
Probation Period: 3 months
Iqama Transfer: After successful completion of probation

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting operations, data entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and manage invoices, payment vouchers, petty cash, and expense sheets.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi accounting standards, VAT, Zakat, and payroll laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all company and project records.
• Organize and control electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
• Support management with financial summaries, audits, and record submissions.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure proper document flow and control.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting laws, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., SOCPA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
