Brief Job Responsibilities includes:
Cost Estimation
Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical systems.
Identify scope, quantities, and materials required for bidding.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (QTO) from drawings.
Obtain quotations from suppliers/subcontractors for equipment and materials (e.g., AHU, FCU, chillers, ducting, cabling, pumps, etc.). Must have data base for the rates of the items for MEP system.
Analyze and compare technical & commercial offers from vendors.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, subcontracting, and overheads.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.).
Prepare value engineering options to optimize costs.
Coordinate with project and design teams to verify constructability and cost accuracy.
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project or MS Excel.
Define project milestones, critical paths, and dependencies.
Allocate resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) to schedule activities.
Integrate MEP works schedule with ongoing civil and architectural works.
Monitor progress and update schedules regularly.
Monitor material and manpower usage against planned values.
Assist in preparing project cash flow and forecast reports.
Preparation of Reports/ data/ schedules as required by the Management.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders/projects simultaneously.
Renumeration: Salary 3k to 5k + FAT + Medical.
