Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate trenching, duct laying, cable pulling, backfilling, and reinstatement works.
Monitor long-distance fiber route and OSP/FTTH implementation to ensure compliance with project drawings.
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project progress.
Enforce safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Support splicing, testing, and handover activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil or Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in OSP / FTTH / Long Distance Telecom Projects.
Strong leadership and site management skills.
Knowledge of telecom civil infrastructure, HDD, and reinstatement procedures.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
