About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory, managing warehouse staff, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
Optimize warehouse layout, material handling, and space utilization.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines.
Prepare reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance.
Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
