Job Vacancy: HSE Officer – Jeddah Project (SEC-NG Experience Required)
We are looking for a qualified HSE Officer to join our project in Jeddah.
Previous work experience on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC-NG) projects is mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years HSE experience in construction or power projects , Documented experience in SEC-NG or National Grid projects (must be clearly shown in CV)
Valid HSE certifications:
- OSHA / NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent safety qualification)
- First Aid & CPR certificate
- Fire Fighting training certificate
Ability to prepare, implement, and maintain:
- HSE Plan
- Risk Assessments
- Method Statements (MSRA)
- Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
- HSE reports, checklists, and toolbox talks
- Full understanding of SEC-NG safety requirements such as:
- Work at Height
- LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
- Excavation & Trenching
- Electrical Safety
- Confined Space Entry
- Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Ability to coordinate with the Client, EPC Contractor, and site teams to enforce HSE compliance
- Good communication skills and ability to manage site-level safety issues
- Ready to join immediately
