We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team for a Power Plant project in Jubail. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in safety management specifically during the commissioning and startup phases of energy projects.
?Key Responsibilities:
?Oversee daily HSE operations on-site to ensure compliance with international and local safety standards.
?Manage safety protocols specifically for power plant commissioning activities (e.g., energized systems, steam blows, chemical cleaning).
?Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments (JSA/HIRA), and safety audits.
?Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
?Provide safety induction and specialized training for commissioning teams.
?Requirements:
?Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in HSE, with at least 3 years specifically in Power Plant projects.
?Expertise: Solid understanding of commissioning hazards (LOTO, high pressure, electrical safety).
?Certification: NEBOSH IGC is mandatory. OSHA or IOSH certifications are a plus.
?Location: Candidates currently in or near Jubail are preferred.
?Skills: Excellent communication in English and strong leadership abilities.
