We are looking for experienced engineers and technicians to join our electro-mechanical team for ongoing and upcoming projects in Saudi Arabia.
1. Project Engineer (Electrical) – 2 Nos.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in large-scale electro-mechanical projects
• Ability to independently handle projects and coordinate with all stakeholders
• Involved in proposal, design, procurement, production, logistics, and execution
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Supervise installation of MEP, LV, MV, lighting, power, and earthing systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements
• Prepare project schedules, method statements, and work plans
• Manage subcontractors and site workforce
• Monitor progress, material delivery, and quality of work
• Handle inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Prepare progress reports, variation claims, and as-built documents
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by management
2. Automation Engineer – 2 Nos.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Prepare control philosophies, I/O lists, and automation documentation
• Program, test, and debug PLCs and HMIs
• Integrate VFDs, sensors, actuators, and field instruments
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning at site
• Troubleshoot automation, electrical, and control system issues
• Coordinate with project, electrical, and mechanical teams
• Experience with Siemens PLC’s will be preferred
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare as-built drawings, manuals, and commissioning reports
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
3. Electrical Technician (Projects) – 5 Nos.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Practical experience in MEP projects
• Self-driven and capable of multitasking
• Install, wire, and terminate electrical panels, automation panels, DBs, and cables
• Carry out cable pulling, gland termination, and earthing works
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Assist in testing and commissioning activities
• Identify faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs
• Follow site safety regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
• Maintain basic work records and reports
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
4. Mechanical Technicians (Project & Factory) – 5 Nos.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Experience in MEP projects & fabrication wok.
• Install mechanical systems such as cable management, piping, and instrumentation
• Carry out onsite fabrication works
• Install conveyor systems, motors, piping, and related accessories
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and system handover
• Identify faults and carry out repairs
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain site and maintenance records
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
Note: Bus bar fabrication experience will be a plus point.
5. Production Supervisor (Electro-Mechanical) – 1 No.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities for electro-mechanical assemblies
• Plan work schedules and allocate manpower and resources
• Ensure production targets are met as per timelines
• Monitor quality and compliance with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineering for drawings and technical clarifications
• Coordinate with procurement and stores for material availability
• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment
• Maintain production records and daily progress reports
• Enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
• Train and guide technicians and operators
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
6. Store Manager – 1 No.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per PO and delivery notes
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials
• Issue materials as per approved material requests
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and consumables as per project and production requirements
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchases
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved budgets
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
• Coordinate with projects and production teams
• Handle inward and outward material documentation
• Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and consumables
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper storage practices
• Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by management
7. HR Manager – 1 No.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance
• Manage performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Oversee office administration and daily operational support
• Manage visa processing, Iqama, renewals, and government portals
• Coordinate medical insurance, accommodation, and transport arrangements
• Manage contracts, company documents, and licenses
• Liaise with government authorities and service providers
• Supervise admin staff, drivers, and support teams
• Prepare HR and admin reports for management
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records
• Support audits and management reviews
