Job Title: QC Engineer

Job Purpose:
To ensure that all project activities are executed in full compliance with Saudi Aramco quality requirements, approved standards, and project specifications through effective inspection, documentation, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Prepare, review, and execute Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Conduct inspections for materials, fabrication, installation, and testing activities
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and inspection teams to ensure quality compliance
• Raise, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and inspection reports
• Prepare the final quality dossier and handover documentation in line with Saudi Aramco requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas or industrial projects
• Certified QC professional (CSWIP, NDT, or equivalent) is preferred
• Prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred
• Be experienced in Saudi Aramco projects
• Follow approved Aramco standards and NJBP operational requirements
• Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover
• Support as-built documentation and final acceptance

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco QA/QC standards and procedures
• Experience with inspection, testing, and quality documentation systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
