Electrical Foreman / Electrical Supervisor
Field: Electrical Substations (Medium & High Voltage up to 132 kV)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of electrical installation and testing works in substations up to 132 kV.
Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams to ensure work quality.
Manage electricians and technicians and assign daily tasks.
Ensure full compliance with HSE and safety regulations at site.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
Requirements:
Diploma or strong hands-on experience in electrical works (technical institute graduates preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical substations / power stations.
Proven experience in Medium & High Voltage systems up to 132 kV.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings (SLD, layouts, etc.).
Previous experience in SEC projects or similar substations is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
