Urgent Hiring – Material Coordinator (TA Shutdown) Position: Material Coordinator – Turnaround (Heat Exchangers / Breech-Lock) Company: YuhanTU Co., Ltd. Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia Experience: Minimum 5 Years We are urgently looking for an experienced Material Coordinator to support major refinery Turnaround (TA) Shutdown activities in Jizan. Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for managing all materials related to Heat Exchangers and Breech-Lock Heat Exchangers during the shutdown period. This includes material planning, tracking, timely availability, coordination with procurement, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure zero material shortages and smooth execution of critical TA activities. Key Responsibilities: Material coordination and tracking for Heat Exchangers & Breech-Lock types Ensure timely issuance and availability of materials (gaskets, bolts, internals, etc.) Close coordination with procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams Maintain accurate documentation and reports Prevent any delays due to material unavailability during shutdown Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in refinery or petrochemical Turnaround (TA) / Shutdown projects Strong knowledge of Heat Exchanger materials (gaskets, bolts, internals, etc.) Exposure to Breech-Lock Heat Exchangers is highly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong documentation and soft skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Ability to work under high pressure in shutdown environments Salary Package: Option 1: SAR 4,000 – 5,000 + Overtime + Free Air Ticket (FAT) Option 2: Fixed SAR 6,000 + Free Air Ticket (FAT) – No Overtime How to Apply: Interested and experienced candidates are requested to send their updated CV with relevant documents to: Email: Consultancyiconnect@gmail.com Please mention “Material Coordinator – Jizan” in the subject line of your email.
