We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with 5–8 years of experience, particularly in MEP coordination and interior finishing works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil renovation, fit-out, and interior finishing projects
Manage works including blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceilings, painting, and joinery
Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and tools, and monitor subcontractors
Maintain proper project documentation
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Core Competencies:
Quality audits, procurement, and root cause analysis Strong understanding of standards: Saudi Building Code, ASTM, BS EN, ISO 9001:2015, ACI, AASHTO
Soft Skills:
Technical report writing
