We are looking for an experienced Civil QC Engineer to join our site team in Riyadh South for an ongoing earthworks and civil construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement project quality control procedures in line with contract specifications and international standards
Conduct site inspections, material checks, and witness testing (soil compaction, concrete, backfilling, etc.)
Prepare and maintain ITPs, inspection checklists, QC reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives on quality matters
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering to top.international.hrtiec.sa ...
Minimum 5 years of QC experience in civil construction (earthworks, roads, utilities, or general civil)
Familiar with Saudi/International codes (ASTM, ACI, BS) and project documentation control
Good English communication skills (spoken & written); Arabic or Chinese is a plus
Ability to join within 7 days
Previous GCC or Saudi project experience preferred
