???? Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer (Technical Office) with 5+ years of experience to support engineering coordination, documentation, and technical activities for a construction project. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings, preparing technical documents, and coordinating between disciplines.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Review and organize construction drawings and meeting minutes, and coordinate with the design team for clarifications and changes
Prepare and review method statements and technical submissions for:
Formwork
Reinforcement
Concrete
Waterproofing
Prepare material demand plans and follow up on approvals
Maintain and organize:
Inspection records
Concealed works
Site logs
As-built documentation
Coordinate between:
Civil
MEP
Interior works
Curtain wall systems
Support coordination using BIM models or drawings and issue coordination reports
Review materials, test reports, and technical documents to ensure compliance with:
Saudi Building Code (SBC)
ACI and international standards
???? Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Strong experience in Technical Office / Engineering coordination
Experience in building projects (hotel/commercial preferred)
Good understanding of:
Drawings & specifications
Method statements
Material submittals
Familiarity with:
AutoCAD
Basic BIM coordination (preferred)
???? Mandatory:
Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) Certificate
Available for immediate joining
