Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female) Job Type: Hybrid (Commission-based with performance-linked growth) About the Role We are looking for a motivated Female Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn real-world sales, market research, and client management while earning directly based on their efforts. Initially, this is a commission-based position – which means your earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your results. It also offers flexibility and a fast learning curve. For consistent high performers, we are open to transitioning to a fixed salary plus commission. Key Responsibilities · Lead generation and market research to identify new opportunities · Client outreach and public relations management · Conducting online meetings using Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams · Tracking leads, follow-ups, and performance using MS Excel · Regular reporting and coordination with the internal team What You Will Learn (Valuable for Your Career) Even beyond earnings, this role is designed to build your skills. Basic Requirements · Strong English language and communication skills · Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams · Some exposure to lead generation / market research (entry-level is fine) · Interest in public relations and client-facing work · Self-starter attitude with ownership of results
