Business Development Executive

About the Role:
Manjam Al Coffee Trading Co. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth and expansion within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Promote company products and services professionally
- Prepare business proposals and negotiate agreements
- Achieve assigned business and sales targets
- Support market expansion and business growth strategies
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality is a must
- Valid and active driving license (mandatory)
- 2–8 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build long-term business relationships
- Target-oriented with strong sales capabilities
- Professional presentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage sector is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
