A leading Contracting Company in Dammam is seeking experienced and qualified MEP professionals for immediate employment for an upcoming project in Riyadh City
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1. MEP Project Engineer (Lead Coordinator)
• Salary: SAR 12,000 – 15,000 (Full Package)
• Experience: 8+ years in MEP (3+ years in a Lead/Coordination role).
• Key Responsibilities: Overall technical integration, BIM coordination (clash resolution), Material Submittal management, and leading consultant meetings.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Expert knowledge of NFPA, SMACNA, UPC, and SBC.
• SCE Registration is mandatory.
2. Mechanical Engineer (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) Salary: SAR7,000 – 9,000 (Full Package)
• Experience: 5–7 years in MEP construction.
• Key Responsibilities: Site supervision of Chillers, AHUs, and Fire Pumps. Preparation of Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Shop Drawings.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Strong background in NFPA 13, 14, 20 and Civil Defense requirements.
3. Electrical Engineer (Power & Lighting) Salary: SAR 7,000 – 9,000 (Full Package)
• Experience: 5+ years in large-scale commercial projects.
• Key Responsibilities: Installation of LV Switchgear, MDBs, and Power Distribution. Supervision of cable routing and containment for Electrical systems. Preparation of Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Shop Drawings.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. Proficient in reviewing electrical shop drawings and load schedules.
4. ELV Engineer (Systems & Integration) Salary: SAR 6,000 – 8,000 (Full Package)
• Experience: 4–6 years specialized in ELV/Low Voltage systems.
• Key Responsibilities: Supervision of BMS, CCTV, Access Control, and ICT. Focus on Fire Alarm/HVAC integration and Server Room readiness.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electronics/Communications Engineering. Experience with BMS programming is a major plus.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Transferable Iqama.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership.
• Immediate availability to join (Preferred).
