We are currently hiring, Civil supervisor / construction supervisor must have good experience in infrastructure and super structure projects.
Responsibilities include ;
1. Supervise daily on-site construction, ensure full compliance with drawings, project specs and Saudi client standards.
2. Manage manpower, materials and equipment to control construction progress and meet project schedule.
3. Monitor construction quality, rectify defects and ensure on-site quality compliance.
4. Cooperate with HSE team, enforce safety rules and PTW procedures to eliminate unsafe operations.
5. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and clients to solve on-site construction issues.
6. Maintain daily construction logs and submit regular progress reports.
7. Control construction cost, reduce material waste and avoid rework.
8. Ensure all construction works comply with Saudi local regulations and project requirements.
Must have following QUALIFICATIONS ;
1. Basic HSE / Supervisor Safety Certificate
2. First Aid & CPR Certificate (KSA site mandatory)
3. OSHA / NEOM / Aramco HSE Certificate (Project specific)
4. Construction Supervisor Qualification Certificate
5. Valid Saudi Work Visa & Iqama
6.Basic Lifting & Rigging Certificate
