1. Create detailed project schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly) outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for 50+ field personals across multiple regions.
2. Ensure alignment of project plans with overall organizational goals, client expectations, and site-level targets by coordinating with project manager, and team leaders.
3. Allocate and track resources (manpower, tools, and material flow) based on project priorities, constraints, and geographical workload.
4. Utilize project management software (Excel, MS Project, Primavera) to develop, monitor, and update schedules.
5. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, proactively identifying delays or risks and recommending corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely material dispatch, synchronized tasks, and avoidance of schedule clashes.
7. Generate and review project documentation, including daily work orders and monthly execution reports.
8. Gather feedback from project teams and stakeholders to refine schedules and improve planning accuracy.
9. Evaluate and adjust planning strategies to enhance efficiency, optimize resource usage, and reduce costs.
10. Monitor compliance with project specifications and standards, maintaining a task priority system for urgent vs. routine work.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in a lead role for scheduling, planning, or field coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Experience with multi-site or nationwide operations is essential.
• Strong skills in Primavera, MS Project, or Excel-based Gantt/Tracker tools.
• Good understanding of procurement flow and inventory systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
• Valid KSA Driving License preferred (for occasional site visits).
• Able to work independently and handle multiple teams simultaneously.
