China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced Document Controller Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel construction projects.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Document Controller/Senior Document Controller/Document Control Supervisor.
At least 80% of total experience must be in high-rise building construction projects.
Proven experience in 4/5-star hotel construction projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of document control systems, quality documentation, and project correspondence.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Candidates who do not meet the mandatory high-rise building and hotel experience requirements will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all project documentation in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
Maintain document control registers, logs, and tracking systems.
Ensure timely receipt, review, distribution, filing, and retrieval of engineering, technical, and commercial documents.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments for document submissions and approvals.
Manage document numbering, revision control, and document transmittals.
Ensure all project records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Monitor document workflows and ensure compliance with company standards and quality management systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly document control reports for project management.
Train and supervise document control staff and ensure efficient document management practices.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documentation.
Important Notice
