We are looking for a Document Controller Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to join our Head Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and maintain company and project documentation.
Ensure proper document control procedures are followed for all incoming and outgoing documents.
Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and management to ensure accurate and timely document flow.
Maintain document registers, logs, and filing systems.
Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, distributed, and archived.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support related to document control activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
