???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
???? One year or more of experience.
???? Proficiency in the following programs:
AutoCAD
Revit
SketchUp
Lumion or Enscape
Adobe Photoshop
???? Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and municipal requirements.
???? Ability to prepare architectural and executive plans and three-dimensional rendering.
???? A portfolio is preferred.
???? A valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
???? Main Functions:
???? Preparation and development of architectural designs and plans.
???? Preparation of executive drawings and 3D models.
???? Coordinate with various engineering teams to ensure the quality of designs.
???? Compliance with the Saudi Building Code and regulatory requirements.
2?? Accountant
???? Place of Work: Riyadh
???? Requirements:
???? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
???? One year or more of experience.
???? It is preferable to use the Daftra program.
???? Good knowledge of accounting principles and preparation of daily entries and bank reconciliations.
???? Membership of the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants (SOCPA) is required.
???? Main Functions:
???? Record daily entries and prepare bank reconciliations.
???? Follow-up of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
???? Contribute to the preparation of periodic closures and adhere to financial policies.
???? Use accounting systems to manage financial operations efficiently.
