We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our project team at Yanbu.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
Previous experience working at a project/construction site.
Strong knowledge of document control procedures, transmittal, registers, revisions, and document numbering.
Ability to manage technical drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, approvals, correspondence, and project records.
Experience with EDMS / Aconex / SharePoint or similar document management systems is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under project-site conditions.
