Job Title: Planning Engineer
Reporting to: General Manager/Bidding Manager
Office Location: Dhahran, KSA
We are looking for Planning Engineers with solid experience in buildings and infrastructure projects to join our team in Dhahran.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
6+ years of experience in the planning section
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in KSA
Strong background in buildings & infrastructure projects (mandatory)
Background in EPC/contracting companies (consultancy experience will not be considered)
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with project managers, workshop teams, procurement, engineering, quality, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
Develop work plans, timelines, and progress tracking reports using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning tools.
Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays, risks, and required corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including look-ahead schedules and project status updates.
Track key project milestones such as material availability, machining, assembly, inspection, testing, packing, and delivery.
Support resource planning for manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontracted activities.
Assist in identifying schedule impacts caused by changes in scope, material delays, customer requirements, or technical issues.
