Position: Electrical Supervisor – Offshore

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance and commissioning activities offshore.
Lead electrical technicians, electricians and subcontractor personnel.
Supervise installation of:
LV/MV power cables
Cable trays and conduits
Lighting systems
Earthing and lightning protection
Distribution boards and MCCs
Transformers
Switchgear and circuit breakers
Motors and motor control systems
Electrical equipment and junction boxes
Ensure electrical work is carried out according to Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, approved drawings and method statements.
Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, QC/QCI, HSE, Instrumentation and Mechanical teams.
Review drawings, cable schedules, termination schedules and electrical work packages.
Monitor cable pulling, glanding, termination, megger testing and continuity testing.
Ensure proper inspection and testing before energization.
Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports and work completion records.
Coordinate electrical permits, isolations and LOTO requirements.
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow approved procedures.
Coordinate with Aramco representatives and project management.
Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the offshore facility.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Experience
-Minimum 8–10 years of electrical experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Offshore projects.
-Minimum 3–5 years offshore electrical supervision experience preferred.
-Previous Saudi Aramco project experience strongly preferred.
-Experience with offshore platforms, jackets, accommodation platforms, wellhead platforms or offshore facilities is highly desirable.
-Strong experience in electrical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning.
Technical Qualification
-Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-Good knowledge of electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules and installation standards.
-Knowledge of Saudi Aramco electrical standards and safe work practices.
