Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Fit-Out Engineer to join our Project Execution Team, supporting fit-out works across hospitality, hotel, and commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in construction and execution, with proven expertise in managing site activities, subcontractors, MEP coordination, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out and construction activities on-site.

Coordinate MEP, architectural, interior, and finishing works to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage and monitor joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, and other fit-out works.

Review and interpret architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Monitor work progress, quantities, manpower, materials, and site requirements.

Assist in project scheduling and ensure activities are completed according to the approved program.

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely resolution.

Supervise site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and quantity tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Engineering qualification.

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in fit-out execution and construction.

Strong experience in hotels, hospitality projects, commercial buildings, or high-end developments.

Proven expertise in MEP coordination, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and finishing works.

Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.

Strong experience in project scheduling, quantity tracking, and subcontractor coordination.

Familiarity with project management and planning software such as Primavera P6 is preferred.

Strong leadership and site management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise site teams and subcontractors.

Excellent coordination, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is an advantage.

Based in Dammam or willing to relocate.
