HSE Officer

• Job Description: Conduct daily walk-through inspections of assigned circuit zones, grandstands, fan zones, and temporary hospitality suites. Monitor logistics contractors during the setup and dismantling of temporary scaffolding and infrastructure. Enforce standard safety compliance (PPE, working at heights) and deliver daily safety toolbox talks to ground staff and volunteers.

• Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years in industrial or construction safety, with at least 1 previous cycle/assignment in large-scale public events or fast-paced infrastructure projects.

• Required Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour or NEBOSH IGC.

2. HSE Manager

• Job Description: Oversee and implement the master Event Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) across the venue. Serve as the primary point of contact for local authorities (e.g., Civil Defense, Ministry of Health) and motorsport governing bodies. Manage the deployment, shift rotations, and performance of the ground HSE officers, and lead high-level risk assessment approvals.

• Years of Experience: 10+ years in HSE management, with a proven track record leading safety teams for mega-events, stadium operations, or large entertainment/sports projects.

• Required Certifications: NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 5, or Certified Safety Specialist (CSS).

3. HSE Crowd Expert

• Job Description: Analyze and manage crowd dynamics, pedestrian flow patterns, and entry/exit gate capacities for tens of thousands of daily spectators. Design and enforce crowd-control barrier configurations to minimize bottleneck risks near fan zones and grandstands. Monitor real-time spectator behavior during high-density movement periods (e.g., post-race concert egress).

• Years of Experience: 7+ years specialized strictly in crowd safety management, mass transit hubs, major stadium operations, or high-capacity international festivals.

• Required Certifications: Advanced Diploma in Crowd Safety Management or specialized certifications in behavioral crowd dynamics.

4. HSE Readiness Manager

• Job Description: Bridge the critical gap between the infrastructure build phase and actual race days. Design and execute multi-agency table-top simulation exercises and emergency drills. Audit and clear all fire safety systems, emergency sirens, and public address setups. Ensure that medical stations, trackside rescue lines, and recovery vehicles are 100% compliant and ready before track operations go live.

• Years of Experience: 8+ years in project commissioning, operational readiness, or transition management within critical infrastructure, heavy industries, or world-class entertainment events.

• Required Certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent project management safety credentials.

5. HSE Event Controller

• Job Description: Stationed directly inside the main Event Command & Control Centre (ECCC) during all active periods and rehearsals. Act as the central communications hub for all safety and medical ground teams. Monitor real-time CCTV feeds to identify safety anomalies or blockages, dispatch emergency response units instantly to localized incidents, and meticulously log all active alerts via command center telemetry software.

• Years of Experience: 6+ years in emergency dispatch, crisis command control center environments, or aviation/maritime traffic control systems.

• Required Certifications: Crisis Management Command training, advanced radio telemetry communication protocols, and safety control room operational vetting.
