We are seeking highly experienced Procurement Engineers currently available in Saudi Arabia for immediate joining on a prestigious high-rise 5-star hotel construction project.

???? Role Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong knowledge of construction procurement, supplier sourcing, tendering, technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, and material procurement for large-scale high-rise projects.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities for Electrical or Architectural packages according to the assigned position.

Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs to suppliers and subcontractors.

Source and evaluate qualified suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.

Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and material requirements.

Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.

Prepare comparison sheets and support supplier/subcontractor selection.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.

Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and Commercial teams.

Follow up on material approvals, procurement schedules, manufacturing, and delivery.

Ensure materials are procured in accordance with project specifications, approved submittals, quality requirements, and project schedule.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and develop reliable procurement sources.

? Electrical Procurement Engineer – Required Expertise

Electrical materials and systems for high-rise buildings.

LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, cable systems, transformers, generators, and related equipment.

ELV systems and other building electrical packages.

Strong understanding of electrical specifications, materials, and market suppliers.

????? Architectural Procurement Engineer – Required Expertise

Architectural construction materials and finishing packages.

Curtain wall, façade, doors, windows, flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, kitchens, sanitary fixtures, and interior fit-out materials.

Strong knowledge of luxury hotel finishes and architectural materials.

Experience sourcing and negotiating with specialized suppliers and subcontractors.

???? Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; relevant discipline preferred.

Proven experience in construction procurement.

Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.

5-Star Hotel / Hospitality Construction experience is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and market pricing.

Excellent technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, and procurement skills.

Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes.

Candidates with strong Saudi Arabia/GCC procurement experience will be preferred.

Immediate availability will be given priority.

???? Candidates without relevant high-rise construction experience will not be shortlisted.
