We are looking for a professional, organized, and experienced Female Real Estate Administrator to join our team in Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare and process Tenancy Contracts and related documentation.
* Manage property listings and advertisements across multiple real estate portals.
* Prepare and publish professional social media property content.
* Communicate with property owners and tenants, providing accurate property information and assistance.
* Manage developer registrations, renewals, and related documentation across the UAE.
* Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, contracts, and administrative documents.
* Coordinate with agents, owners, tenants, developers, and management.
* Handle day-to-day real estate administration and office coordination.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous UAE Real Estate experience is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of Tenancy Contracts, property portals, and UAE real estate procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Professional appearance, attitude, and communication.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
