Civil Engineer – Finishing Works Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building finishing works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage finishing works on site
* Plastering and rendering
* Tiling and flooring
* Painting and wall finishes
* Gypsum board and false ceilings
* Waterproofing
* Doors, windows, and architectural finishes
* Coordinate with subcontractors and workers
* Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
* Inspect completed works and resolve site issues
Requirements:
* Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification
* Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction and finishing works
* Strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction methods
* Good understanding of drawings and specifications
* Strong site supervision and coordination skills
