WE ARE HIRING – SALES ENGINEER (FIT-OUT)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of the interior fit-out industry to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new business, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and converting fit-out opportunities into successful projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Riyadh market.

Generate leads and establish relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.

Promote the company’s fit-out services and solutions to potential clients.

Understand client requirements, project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements.

Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.

Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

Prepare and deliver presentations and technical/commercial proposals.

Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming fit-out projects in Riyadh.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.

Attend client meetings, industry events, and project tender opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.

Support contract negotiations and ensure successful conversion of awarded projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, interiors, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, construction processes, and project requirements.

Existing network of clients, consultants, contractors, or developers in Riyadh is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and project specifications.

Good commercial and technical understanding.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
