Key Responsibilities
Baseline Schedule Development: Prepare, review, and update comprehensive project master schedules (baseline, detailed, and look-ahead schedules) using Primavera P6.
Progress Tracking & Analysis: Monitor daily/weekly site progress against the baseline, identify schedule variances, critical paths, and project bottlenecks.
Earned Value & Resource Optimization: Perform Earned Value Management (EVM), S-curve development, resource loading, and cash-flow forecasting.
Claims & Delays: Conduct Delay Analysis (Time Impact Analysis/EOT claims) and recommend mitigation strategies for schedule slippage.
Reporting & Coordination: Generate weekly and monthly progress reports (WPR/MPR) for project managers, consultants, and clients.
Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with site engineers, procurement, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure material deliveries and site works align with planned sequences.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 3–7 years of planning experience within construction/contracting (building construction, fit-out, or MEP experience preferred).
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel (advanced formulas/dashboards), and MS Project. Working knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent certification.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local engineering standards, Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, and transferable Iqama.
