Position: Document Controller - Camp Boss - Procurement Required

Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documents, records, and correspondence.
Control the receipt, distribution, revision, and archiving of project documents.
Maintain document registers and ensure proper document numbering and tracking.
Coordinate document submissions and approvals with project teams, consultants, and clients.
Ensure documents are properly reviewed, updated, and distributed to relevant departments.
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Prepare transmittals, reports, and document status logs.
Follow SEC project documentation procedures and document-control requirements.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely availability of project documents.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in SEC / Power / Electrical / Oil & Gas / Construction projects.
Good knowledge of document-control procedures and project documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and document management systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with SEC project documentation will be an advantage.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
